My appointment with Dr. Liz White was great. She took me in earlier than my appointment, made me feel comfortable talking about my hearing problems and administered the hearing test in a professional manner. She sent the results by the time I got home. Once I'm medically cleared I will see her for my future hearing needs. Highly recommend

First of all going to Harbor City Hearing Solutions was truly the perfect place to go. Dr White and her assistant Marie are really professional but they make you feel like family. From the hearing test to the loaners and the evaluations I felt great about my experience. Then I receiver my own pair and Dr white adjusted them to my hearing needs and the results are amazing. I hear way better than I did even with the loaners and I had thought they were a big improvement..Thanks Marie and Dr. White.

Dr. White is the first audiologist I saw. I would not recommend her. Dr. White made me feel like a number and she says things that are not true! She wanted to get me in and out her door as efficiently as possible. Dr. White says she is the only audiologist in Brevard County who does real ear measurements. Two Rivers hearing and Costco also do real ear measurements. She also says she is the only one who uses data from a hearing trial to evaluate how much time you spend in quiet vs noisy surroundings. This would be funny in a sitcom. If your hearing loss is not that complicated, you can consider buying hearing aids for less than 1/3rd the cost at Costco or Sams Club. Costco and Sams Club hearing aids are very good nowadays.

My mother had a wonderful experience with Dr. White and the team at Harbor City Hearing Solutions. From start to finish, they were incredibly kind, attentive, and patient. They really took the time to listen to her concerns and made an effort to get to know her personally, which meant a lot to both of us. They carefully explained all of her options and helped guide her toward the best solution for her needs. I’m so grateful for the care and compassion they showed—highly recommend!

My first visit here for ear wax removal was excellent. Dr. Elizabeth was fabulous from start to finish—professional, kind, and made the process so comfortable. The Earigator was the gentlest ear wax removal I’ve ever experienced. Marie at the front desk was also incredibly sweet and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I have had hearing aids before, but this is the first time I felt like I was talking to a provider who knew what they were doing. Very happy with the service and the attention that I received from Dr. White. My Phonak hearing aid is far superior to the one I had, and I feel like it was truly customized to my specific needs.

Dr. Liz White has been wonderful. I wore hearing aids from Costco for 20 years. I have tinnitus and was told that nothing could be done. With the new hearing aids and careful adjustments , Dr White was able to make my hearing much better. While wearing the hearing aids my tinnitus is reduced significantly. Just completed my initial visit with Harbor City Hearing Solutions to determine if I indeed did need hearing aids. Turns out my wife was right, I really couldn’t hear her! Great initial visit with Marie and Dr White, I will be getting my new hearing aids soon and I will post the results after a brief trial period, so far I am very pleased with Harbor City Hearing Solutions!

Excellent! I hadn’t had a hearing test in over 60 years. Liz explained the testing in detail and I realized I should have done it sooner. Since my hearing wasn’t bothering me and the loss was not too bad, we decided to redo the testing in a year. Liz sent a detailed report to me and my primary care physician so we have a baseline moving forward.

I have just relocated to the Melbourne area recently. My visit to Harbor City Hearing and Dr. Liz White was very professional and comprehensive. From my first phone call, I was greeted with professionalism. I reached out because my son was complaining of muffled sounds in his ear. Dr. White examined him and then utilized the ear irrigator device to resolve the issue. Quick. Painless. Effective.

My wife encouraged me to see Dr. White to at least establish a baseline for my hearing discrepancy. I am 70 years old, and not too proud to admit that I do not hear as well as I used to. Some Doctors have even suggested that my hearing was fine, but have never really tested their findings, and ruled that I have just built up of ignoring certain " Frequencies " from my wife. I am a former Infantry Combat Veteran, and have spent most of my life in and around Heavy Equipment. My visit with Dr. White was both eye opening and informative. She has such a pleasantness and comfort about her process of the examination. I found her very confident, informative, and understanding. I have taken for granted my exposure to the Crew Serve Weapon Systems, and noise pollution without hearing protection. I now wear ear protection for all my outside yard work. Hi Everyone
I just had a check up on my hearing aids and Dr White did a Real ear
measuring, which i have never heard of before..it is a way for Dr White to
measure my hearing with my hearing aids on and see if it comes close to
my hearing test..and actually, my hearing is now better than it was before
she did the test..I'll for back in 6 months for a hearing test..
when you go to an audiologists, make sure they are truly a Doctor of Audiology, and not just a tick..and also ask if they can do the testing that I just had... Another thought is ..please do not ever be embarrassed that you can't hear as well as you once did ..it is part of life for some of us and we can all be helped if we go to the correct AuD..and Dr Liz White is so good at what she does and really cares about her patients..She does her very Best to help us hear well ,,,so keep those hearing aids in your ears at all times so you can hear the birds singing and your family speaking..

Liz is knowledgeable about my options as a long time hearing aid wearer. She also gave me a loaner to try which is not usual, in my experience. Strongly recommend.

My first visit was wonderful. They were on time, efficient and very helpful. As a new patient she explained everything before and made me feelvery comfortable.

I consulted with Dr. White about my existing hearing aids and the fact that they were near their end-of-life and were not performing well. She was able to make improvements by drying and changing the bells. Loaned me a set of late model instruments that have greatly improved my hearing experience. Scheduled a follow up for a hearing test and her explanation of how she interprets same to program my instruments. I look forward to better hearing and quality of life. I have played drums for over 30 years and knew I had some hearing loss. I went to see Dr Liz and she did the most comprehensive hearing test I ever had. we learned just what frequencies were impacting my hearing. She set me up with a trial hearing aid I loved it and in a few months I ordered one of my own

it’s priceless to be able to hear again all that I had lost its back and i’m very happy about that. dr Liz is a great doctor of audiology, you will immediately feel comfortable and before you know it everything will be just as it should be. you will hear so many things you were missing it will change your life. And it took no time at all to get used to having my hearing aid on 12 hours a day.

Dr. White changed my life with the adjustments she made. I had hearing aids for 3 years and non of my previous audiologists took the time to do real hearing measurements. I felt like no matter what I did my hearing was not good. …. Dr. White had me fixed up in an hour. My friends and family comment on how much better I understand them! Her office is wonderful. I drove an hour to go there and so glad I did. She is also helping with a backpack drive for children in need as well as helping with hearing in children internationally. Highly recommend Harbor City Hearing Solutions!

Dr. White is great. She's a problem solver and doesn't trust try to "find a way to place the square peg in a round hole". This was my first visit to her practice and she and Marie are quite impressive! Looking forward to my next appointment.

I'm writing this review because I received several emails asking me to write about my experience with this office. First of all, I really liked the doctor and the woman who works at the front desk. The office is beautiful and very comfortable. The reason I am only giving 3 stars is because I specifically went to them to try to determine what was causing my tinnitus. From the info on their website, I had high hopes that they could help me find a solution. After being given the hearing test, the doctor told me that there are many things that can cause tinnitus and she mentioned some of them but she did not suggest any further tests such as a CT scan or MRI. I'm not sure if an ENT would have ordered more extensive tests but I'll discuss it with my regular doctor the next time I see her.

Skip the lazy audiologists that won't properly program your hearing aids.
Come here and get real ear measurements and wonderful service.

I had an urgent audiology issue while out of town in Dr. White's area. She was able to fit me in on the same day. Both Dr. White and Marie (support staff) were very knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and efficient. The office is clean and well kept with state-of-the-art equipment. As an audiologist myself, I felt very well taken care of and was thankful for the superb care Dr. White provided.

I have been wearing hearing aids for 32 years. In that time I’ve been to many providers. With complete honesty I’ll tell you that Harbor City is by far the best and MOST HONEST provider I have come across. I was amazed to find that there was no attempt at being up sold to the most expensive aid; but instead I was actually being down sold to a product that would fit all my needs for the least possible price point.
Also, the hearing test was the most complete and professional test I’ve had from a hearing provider.

My last review was 4 years ago (see below). I am still seeing Dr. White at least twice a year. She is absolutely the best audiologist in the area. And her assistant, Marie, is a total gem, too. I highly recommend them.
I have worn hearing aids for nearly six decades, having been diagnosed with a moderate-severe congenital hearing loss in both ears at the age of 3. I have gone to many audiologists and purchased many hearing aids over the years! I also worked over thirty years as a lawyer, so hearing as well as I could was very important to me. After retiring to Brevard County several years ago, I put off finding a new audiologist. After all these years, I know that an experienced, well-qualified, trustworthy audiologist is extremely important when choosing hearing aids, and it can be daunting to find such people! But after years with the same Phonak digital aids, I thought either the hearing aids or my ears were failing. I was impressed with Dr. Liz White based upon an article in Florida Today, so I decided to call her. I am so glad I did. The answer to my question as to whether the aids or my ears were the problem, turned out to be some of both. I needed new aids. Dr. White was able to fix me up with a loaner pair of aids, which were the current version of the ones I have been wearing for 11 years. Right away I noticed a significant improvement -- I was hearing things better than I had in years (and some things I swear I've never heard before!). We discussed what aids would be suitable and she ordered a pair of the Phonak aids for me. After they came in, she very carefully programmed them and adjusted them based on my feedback. I am hearing so much more than I did previously -- sounds like the chime on the washer/dryer, outdoor noises, etc.! Dr. White is knowledgeable, patient, friendly and trustworthy. I am so glad I found her and Harbor City Hearing Solutions. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

Update: Today I met with Dr White to get my REPLACEMENT hearing aid— some time ago my “Sassy” girl (Golden Retriever) ate one of my aids. Again, I sucked it up and just tried to get on with life. These little boogers are expensive. But, guess what happened? I was missing out on life. I was sad. I was depressed. And I preferred to be alone, NOT my personality AT ALL. Until I decided that I am worth the investment and decided to get in touch with Dr White. Fortunately, the replacement was not nearly as expensive as my initial investment and I’m back on my road to enjoying life again! It’s a great way to start my weekend!😀

Here’s the rest of my story….

Who would’ve thought that a Speech Language Pathologist would need an Audiologist for her personal needs? Sure, we collaborate all the time on mutual patients but I never imagined, that at 48 years of age, that I, personally, would need an Audiologist. That was until a silly little brain tumor called an Acoustic Neuroma robbed me of some hearing on the right...followed by a never ending Pandemic! Up until 2020, I just didn’t realize how much I relied on lip reading. I still vividly recall when I learned that Dr. White was my new neighbor! She bought a unit in the building in front of my therapy practice & it was the end of a long day of wearing masks in February 2021. I was done! Tired! And completely, mentally fatigued. I had already started withdrawing from social events and just didn’t enjoy being around others... this was on top of the natural isolation that all of us were feeling. To say I had an immediate sense of relief is an understatement. I do believe God brings people into your life when you need them most & I truly NEEDED Dr. White. She swiftly fit me with bilateral hearing aids to help my bad ear & made an immediate difference in my daily practice. Now, when I forget my “ears” I turn around and go home... it’s as important as my phone— if not more!

If anyone is hesitant about exploring hearing solutions, I strongly encourage you to at least schedule a consult. Technology is ever changing— When I had my surgery in 2015, I thought my only option was a bone anchored hearing aid (definitely not a stylish look for a baseball mom spending weekends on a field). I was wrong. My only regret is that I didn’t do something sooner... I missed out on so much life (& definitely screwed up a lot of names). If you, or someone you love suffers from hearing loss, I can’t urge you enough to receive a consultation! Thank you Dr. White for making a difference in my life!

My audiologist recently closed their office & I was left scrambling to find a replacement. I am so glad I decided to try Dr. White. We retested my hearing & found there was a pretty significant loss. Thanks to her having the latest technology needed to make the most of my aids, we were able to get me back into conversations. I took my 82 year old father to Dr. White when we noticed his hearing was suffering. The care from Dr. White’s practice was outstanding from start to finish. Dr. White provided an extensive exam and overall attention to detail in order to deliver very accurate results including a report to take home. Amazing Place!!!! I had ear wax in my ear and could not hear very well. Dr. White had a very cool machine that was able to remove the ear wax with no pain or chemicals. I truly didn't recognize my own voice when I spoke. It is so nice to have a doctor who cares. Lifetime customer
